Senior Principal Engineer - Cx Lab

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer specializing in the in the support and development of marketing orchestration platforms to drive technical excellence of the product – customizations, configurations, application ownership, and seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem. This role demands deep technical expertise in the management of digital marketing campaigns leveraging Sales Force, Adobe and Tealium platforms stacks.  The primary responsibility of this role is to design and engineer omni-channels (email, sms, whatsapp, social, media, on site personalization) providing seamless experience for healthcare professionals and patients. The perfect candidate must have large scale / multi-market / multi-language experience and the ability to partner with Product Management, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Ownership & Technical Leadership 

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Campaign Orchestration Stack including configurations, customization and integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. 
• Serve as a design authority, providing architectural guidance for applications and integrations. 
• Implement and enforce ITMS (IT Management System) controls, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. 
• 2. Delivery Oversight & Vendor Management 
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality implementations. 
• Manage vendor-led scrum teams, providing technical oversight and governance to align with business objectives. 
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and security policies across development efforts. 
• 4. Strategic Partnerships & Business Alignment 
• Work closely with Product Management and key business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. 
• Drive alignment between engineering teams and enterprise architecture within a federated architecture model. 
• Influence roadmap decisions by providing technical insights and feasibility assessments. 

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement 

• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce advancements to drive innovation. 
• Implement automation, DevOps best practices, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development cycles. 
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and mentorship within the engineering team. 

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) 
• 5+ years of Full stack development (Rest API, SOAP, Messaging, synchronous and asynchronous, SFTP)  
• 5+ years of Marketing Orchestration Platforms (Adobe Campaign, Unica, preferred Sales Force Marketing Cloud) 
• 5+ years of Website Analytics including Tag Management (Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)
• 3+ years of personalization engine (Adobe Target)
• 5+ social networks (Meta – Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok,etc)
• 5+ years of DSP (TradeDesk, Google Marketing Platform, etc)
• 5+ years Ad Server (Google Ad Manager, Ap Nexus, OpenX)
• 5+ Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO),
• Development on Serverless infrastructure (Azure, GCP) 
• Experience in solution design, framework engineering, and product delivery. 
• Experience of vendor management  
• Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills 
• Tealium, Sprinklr, Sales Force, Adobe certifications
• Security & Test Automation
