Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Per Diem
Location: McKinney, TX
Pay Range: $35.00–$38.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Per Diem (no guaranteed hours)
Schedule: As needed; flexible weekday hours

We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team serving residents in a senior living community in McKinney, TX. This per diem position is ideal for a compassionate, flexible clinician who enjoys working with older adults in a supportive and mission-driven setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one therapy to senior living residents under the direction of an Occupational Therapist

• Lead therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills and functional independence

• Document patient progress and report updates to the supervising OT

• Educate patients on the use of adaptive equipment and strategies

• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Current COTA license in the state of Texas

• Passion for working with older adults in a senior living setting

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work on an as-needed basis with minimal supervision
