Responsibilities
Monitor the day-to-day operations of data centers, including break-fix repairs, infrastructure upgrades, and scheduled maintenance.
Check incident response processes, ensuring timely resolution of network service interruptions.
Monitor network performance and data center operations to determine whether adjustments and changes are needed.
Coordinate across internal teams, including Engineering, Security, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), and Asset Management, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows, documentation, and processes.
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies, implementing relevant network advancements.
Collaborate with regional and global leadership to standardize operational procedures and align with company objectives.
Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Maintaining on-site corporate network and IDC infrastructures including routers, switches, and servers;
Handling and fixing tickets and tasks related to data center ticketing system, including monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and fixing infrastructure components and services;
Performing system validation on server components including motherboard, CPU, memory, hard drives, back-plane, and power supply;
Analyzing test result and debugging failures during server functional test and stress test using Python and shell scripting;
Configuring and maintaining server hardware, networking systems, and infrastructure systems;
Leading a technical team in a data center operations environment; and
Working with Linux systems, data center monitoring tools, and technologies including DNS, DHCP, RAID, and/or HTTP.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and International travel required up to 10%.

Salary Range: $145330 - $184427 per year
