Responsibilities
Execute product design from exploration, concept definition, design, prototype, and the launch of the product with product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers.
Create user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs that provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Work on design from strategy to launch, ensuring meaningful and quality experiences.
Use qualitative and quantitative methods for user research, including A/B testing frameworks.
Review product releases qualitatively and work with engineering in handoff phases through pre and post launch.
Lead design workshops and sprints with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data.
Contribute to feature roadmap strategies, improve product design processes, and champion knowledge sharing opportunities through documentation and post-launch presentations.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) elements of mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe AE, Origami Studio, Framer, or Principle;
Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;
Coordinating design team projects responsibilities throughout the full design project lifecycle;
Working with front end engineers to build websites, landing pages or design systems, using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or After Effects; and
Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: International travel required up to 10%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $217610 - $318960 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
