Responsibilities
Partner with clients and agencies to effectively measure their advertising performance on the platform by monitoring and analyzing large volumes of advertising data and present periodic actionable insights to clients and agencies.
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting high volume of advertising data, including surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, and design the process for collating and presenting existing data.
Perform statistical analysis and fine tune measurement by deploying custom analytics.
Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to understand advertiser friction points and provide go-to-market strategies to enable better measurement on the platform.
Work on strategic consulting in collaboration with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
Gather and interpret client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in product and partnership streams.
Design and implement measurement solutions for key accounts and identify measurement research opportunities for them.
Work with key cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class measurement support.
Provide ongoing quantitative and qualitative measurement outcomes to our global product and measurement peers and partnerships to drive partnership strategy.
Collaborate with sales and product strategy to build capacity for the internal sales teams on measurement knowledge.
Lead the development of privacy enhanced measurement techniques and solutions that will be applied across the industry.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics (any), Advertising, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics (any), Advertising, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Providing analytical recommendations on privacy-first innovation for measurement systems;
Executing custom analytical work using SQL and R;
Designing bespoke learning agendas for growth clients using 1P & 3P measurement solutions to help quantify value of ad campaigns across consumer funnels;
Measuring campaign incrementality using Randomized Controlled Trial methodology to quantify the impacts of ad exposure and investments; and
Measuring sales effectiveness and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) of advertising investment using Media Mix Modeling techniques.

Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 15%.

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244889 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
