Location
- Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Procurement
- Hands-on experience of SAP and Ariba preferable
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Good knowledge of procurement, negotiation, commercial understanding, and cost breakdown
- Responsible for processing RFQs against all PRs (Materials & Services) in a timely manner, adhering to Procurement procedures and policies.
- Evaluate PRs for complete specifications and information, collaborating with the user department in case of incomplete details.
- Prepare comparative analyses against technically qualified vendors and share them with the Procurement Lead
- Conduct market research and evaluate new vendors, especially in the local market (Balochistan)
- Register new vendors in Ariba.
- Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Compile PR and PO delivery status reports and share them with management.
- Actively coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
