The Financial Integrity team leads payments risk and compliance management across Meta. Our mission is to ensure a secure and seamless payment experience across all of Meta’s payments products and services, including: Ads billing, WhatsApp and Messenger P2P, Games, Shops, and more. We mitigate on-going payments fraud threats through advanced ML models, optimizing effective and healthy growth and directly impacting Meta's revenue.

- Strategic Leadership: Lead the Compliance Risk measurements space, collaborating cross-meta teams to develop and execute strategies that mitigate regulatory risks and payments fraud
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with CI&S and Monetization leadership to ensure alignment on topline metrics, measurements methodologies, and reporting frameworks for financial loss from payments fraud
- Communication and Reporting: Provide on-going updates to CI&S and Monetization leads on progress and challenges
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including product and data science leads, to ensure a unified approach to fraud mitigation
- Proven experience in managing complex analytical projects across multiple teams
- Proven communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful fraud mitigation strategies
- Experience in risk analytics and measurements in an adversarial space (for example, fraud detection, cyber-security, etc.)
- Understanding of payment systems, fraud detection, and prevention strategies.
