Technical Lead

Lead a team of engineers, use the most modern technologies, solve challenging problems and see the financial effect of your actions within one or two weeks. Maintain and improve the no-legacy system at a highly loaded environment!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a sophisticated digital product - proxy provider
• Keep metrics on a high level
• Identify and resolve incidents timely
• Add features
• Execute technical leadership over an engineering team
• Maintain the development culture, set an example with code reviews
• Oversee architectural solutions
• Keep track of the technical debt
• Help CTO with people
• Perform high level monthly 1x1s with team members, report to CTO if needed
• Perform hiring interviews with potential recruits
• Participate in all hands leads meetings

Candidate Requirements:

• Middle plus plus or senior programmer background
• Tech stack at least 5 of 7: Go, Python, Redis, Postgres, Clickhouse, Prometheus,Kubernetes, AWS
• English - at least B2

• Managerial experience
• High load experience
• Big enterprise experience (not as a junior)
