Main Responsibilities

Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
Proactively follow community progress and ensure builder deadlines are being met
Quality walks are being performed and completed in a timely manner
Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
Build and maintain all customer relationships
Mentor and train employees improving the team
Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player

Who We're Looking For

Residential Wireman electrical license or better preferred
Electrical Experience in residential production home building preferred
Ability to manage sub crews and service technicians
Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and Municipality requirements
Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary
Self-motivated and driven individuals who are looking to further develop their career

Required Education & Experience

At least 2 year of experience in the electrical field
