As a Wireless Subsystem Technical Program Manager in AR/VR/Wearables, you will lead multidisciplinary programs through the NPI process to develop the next generation of custom and semi-custom modules/subsystems to drive our industry-leading consumer products.Wireless Technical Program Manager Responsibilities

Partner with the Smart Glasses Wireless engineering team, enabling the definition, design, and execution of hardware

Develop Wireless development schedule, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks

Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery

Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables such as architecture definition, build goals and Wireless requirements

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of Firmware releases for Factory during the build

Tracking any engineering issues during the build and reporting status to leadership

BS in Electrical, Electronic, Computer science, or other relevant engineering discipline like physics, or equivalent experience

10+ years of work experience as an engineering manager /TPM, managing hardware/FW from concept to mass production

5+ years experience working with wireless HW Module projects

5+ years of wireless design/implementation experience is required, either in HW and/or FW

3+ years experience working with FW delivery of wireless modules in consumer space

Intimate knowledge of PDP in consumer space for wireless HW as well as how to integrate FW to meet HW delivery

Proven communication skills

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
