Description

The SVP, Enterprise Programs and Strategic Initiatives plays a critical role in Dynasty’s operations and growth-oriented trajectory. This role is responsible for providing thought leadership, deep analysis and execution against some of the most pressing challenges and implementation strategies for Dynasty.


You will provide the foundational elements toward building Dynasty’s program management disciplines, focusing on pivotal internal and external priorities that enable Dynasty teams to accelerate growth, drive expansion and deliver world class services. You will lead the company’s strategic portfolio of work, solving challenges between teams and connecting the client experience to continue positioning the company as a leader in the wealth management ecosystem.


This role requires a dedicated and experienced professional with a deep understanding of how to get the most out of constrained teams while maximizing the effects of cross domain solutions. The role also requires extensive experience and background in managing relationships, collaborating in the open, delivering organizational value, and operating in ambiguous environments.


The successful candidate will employ best practices, leverage industry standards, and align to Dynasty’s culture and principles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Plans and Programs
  • Strategy Development: Support Dynasty’s critical Lines of Effort and drive critical projects across Technology, Consulting, Core and Transitions departments.
  • Portfolio Management: Build scalable and sustainable frameworks that are rooted in industry best practices, key lessons learned, and data driven to deliver value for internal and external engagements.
  • Thought Leadership: Help build and lead Dynasty’s Strategic Plans Office to deliver structured guidance, enterprise strategy, project execution, business transformation, and customer success.
  • Governance: Lead complex strategic operations cycles, embedding new solution strategies within key accounts, establishing proofs of concept and guiding the implementation of Dynasty offerings.
  • Risk Management: Support the design and development of mitigation tactics to reduce risk exposures and protect Dynasty interests across all project spaces.


  • Relationship Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with customer-facing teams to identify and launch key strategic projects, programs, and offices that unlock non-linear growth opportunities that provide impact areas across Dynasty functions.
  • Approach Planning: Oversee account planning processes to ensure successful delivery of strategic plans that support greenfield and brownfield implementations to expand consulting opportunities and accelerate revenue.
  • Identify Areas of Opportunity: Expand and refine service offerings to deliver curated, high-impact engagements that advance Network Partner goals and align with Dynasty targets for short-term and long-term goals.
  • Operational Engagement: Collaborate with leaders and departments to understand pain points and areas of difficulty working between client requests, internal requirements, and overall structure.


  • Innovation and Thought Leadership
  • Technology Integration: Partner with technology teams to strengthen Dynasty’s systems of record and enablement platforms; understanding implications of third-party integration to enhance Dynasty’s capabilities and critical team outputs.
  • Process Improvement and Refinement: Develop and implement control solutions for planning, scheduling, scoping, and change management. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives, and key results (OKRs) and other data centric outcome-based metrics.
  • Iterative Value Generation: Drive the creation of differentiated business and technical offerings, including focuses on AI, virtualization, and automation. Partnering cross-functionally to identify emerging technologies and build world-class processes and controls.
  • Enablement Patterns: Champion methodologies and best practices that optimize systems, processes, and resource efficiency while creating training and onboarding programs that equip project teams with tools to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and resolve challenges effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in program management, consulting, and technology services within the financial services industry.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and scaling enterprise level teams, with experience managing complex problems requiring cross-team solutioning.
  • Thought Leadership: Exceptional approach to problem-solving, with a track record of providing analysis that pairs top-down recommendations with bottoms-up implementation for high-impact value.
  • Critical Strategic Mindset: Focus oriented on seeking solutions and building the connective pathways to systematically implement new practices that afford sustainable and scalable elements across the organization.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to quickly galvanize leaders across Dynasty to support the vision and outcomes set forth. Building coalitions to support efforts and help accomplish company level priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
