Job Summary
The Clinical Implementation Specialist primary focus is assisting in the coordination of the on-site activity at implementations. The Clinical Implementation Specialist is a proactive member of the Masimo Implementation Team and works in partnership with internal and external customers. This role is responsible for the overall success of inventory distribution as well as assisting with clinical user training and support during the implementation of Masimo.
Duties & Responsibilities
- All tasks identified in the Clinical Implementation Specialist role.
- Collaborate with Clinical Lead on education and installation plan.
- Educate hospital staff on Masimo products and devices.
- Support installations by delivering products to hospital units, follow up education and decommission of devices.
- Ability to perform Inventory Management role.
- Acquire the knowledge and become an expert of Masimo technology and products.
- Coordinate the equipment needs of the implementations with Masimo Corporate headquarters.
- Coordinate with the health care facility and OEM partners to provide a successful transition to Masimo Products
- Drive the process to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Present a positive/professional image reflective of the Masimo Corporation
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be PC literate, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Overnight Travel is required (75% or more).
- Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years critical care or related clinical experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Track record of coordinating with multiple key stakeholders to deliver results.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
Education
Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred.
Physical requirements/Work EnvironmentThis position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer contact daily. It requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds). Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required. Must have a valid Driver’s license with a driving record that meets company’s insurance requirements.
