About the roleĀ 

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Modern Workplace Consultant to join our professional services team here at Ekco, delivering transformational Public Cloud modernisation and transformation projects to our customers. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts covering activities relating to consulting and engineering, closely collaborating with our business colleagues and customers to ensure the best possible service is delivered to our customers.Ā 

RequirementsĀ 

• Leading the design, planning and implementation of Public Cloud projects for key Ekco clientsĀ 

• Working closely with the Project Management team to deliver exceptional projects and solutions

• Creating detailed high-level and low-level design and project handover documents to communicate solutions to clients and Ekco’s service delivery teamsĀ 

• Collaborating with business units and stakeholders across the architecture, commercial and technical teams to support the implementation of customer solutionsĀ 

• Providing technical coaching to team members, ensuring that technical documentation is maintained in line with Ekco standards and policies ā€ƒ

About You You will have:

• A strong customer focus, with an ability to continually anticipate and meet customers’ needs, excelling in communicating at all levels within a customer organisationĀ 

• Excellent working knowledge of M365 technologies such as Intune, SharePoint, Teams (including Teams Voice)

• Demonstrable experience implementing data governance and data loss prevention within M365 using Microsoft Purview

• Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot to effectively guide organisations in leveraging its capabilitiesĀ 

• Experience working to ensure customer solutions and services comply with the relevant product standards and internal documentation (in accordance with ISO certification)Ā 

• A Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Professional Services role for a Cloud Managed Services providerĀ 

The Desirables

• Experience managing or implementing Microsoft 365 security solutions; Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Office 365/Identity/XDR

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power PlatformĀ 

• Understanding of Service Management best practices frameworks such as ITILĀ 

• Knowledge of on-premise networking principles and products and how they integrate with cloud servicesĀ
