Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager of PMO for B2B/Contract Sales will oversee and manage the project management, business process improvement and merger integration initiatives within the Business Services Division. This position will lead a team of project managers and business process engineers that will assist with the planning, management, and execution of all critical business initiatives, including the ongoing integration of the Company. 

This position is accountable for all projects (inception to completion) through the development of disciplined project management methodologies and processes designed to manage business process improvement and financial performance of initiatives for contract sales.

Advanced technical knowledge and communication/presentation skills are required as this role will interface with executive leadership and interdependent business units outside of contract sales, having the ability to influence decisions outside of their reporting structure.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience and/or training in a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • Work well in a cross functional environment that may present multiple (competing) priorities
  • Influence senior and executive leadership
  • Summarize and effectively present data and/or project overview and progress in an executive (boardroom level) environment. Advanced presentation skills are a must
  • Effectively prioritize projects as requested from the field sales team and manage limited project management resources
  • Ability to coach project managers and provide constructive feedback that facilitates development and ownership
  • Ability to influence business partners to drive increased adoption of project/program management framework
  • Develop strong relationships with functional business partners to further enhance value added perception of PMO
