At Central Alberta Co-op, we’re looking for a dedicated Agro Admin I to join our team at our Crossfield Agro Centre. Position: Agro Admin I
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays and weekends: Mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all customers are pleasantly welcomed
- Process special customer requests in an efficient and friendly manner
- Operate point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure that adequate office supplies and stationery are always on hand and order supplies as needed
- Assist with internal audits as well as process all incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices and product
- Complete accurate daily cash-up reconciliations and deposits and inform the manager of any discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
High school education preferred
Customer service experience preferred
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
