About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Head of Sales Recruitment to help us scale our fast-growing, international B2B sales organization. This role is key to executing our strategic hiring roadmap and doubling our sales FTE by 2027.

You’ll be responsible for driving the full sales recruitment strategy, from agency management to candidate experience, from hiring roadmap design to performance tracking. You will work closely with sales leaders, manage external partners and shape our employer brand in collaboration with people & culture and marketing.

Location: Amsterdam or Barcelona

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership

  • Accountability of executing the recruitment roadmap to meet hiring targets
  • Align hiring plans with sales leadership and business growth needs

Agency & Resource Management

  • Manage external recruitment agencies and freelancers for scalable delivery
  • Optimize cost per hire, candidate quality, and speed of execution

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Partner with HR and Marketing to position us as an employer of choice for top sales talent
  • Craft compelling outreach and recruitment campaigns

Candidate Experience & Selection

  • Lead the selection process and support hiring managers in making great decisions
  • Ensure quality candidate evaluation, onboarding, and ramp-up processes

Performance Monitoring & KPIs

  • Track hiring velocity, quality, and ramp-up time
  • Follow onboarding success rates on 3, 6 and 12 months after hiring

Hiring Metrics

  • Monthly Hiring Rate: Keeps pace with growth targets
  • Time to Fill: Efficient delivery across key markets
  • Offer Acceptance Rate: High candidate conversion

Quality Metrics

  • First Quarter Success: Early performance indicators (activity, pipeline, initial deals)
  • Second Quarter Success: New hires meeting targets
  • Hiring Manager Feedback: Positive evaluation of recruitment process

Agency / Freelancer Metrics

  • Candidate Quality & Fit
  • Cost per Hire
  • Speed to Present Candidates

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales recruitment, preferably within fast-paced B2B environments
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of B2B sales hiring
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Direct search expertise
    • Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and platforms
