Description
This newly created senior executive position represents a strategic evolution in our organizational structure as we scale toward a $250M+ enterprise. The Regional Vice President will serve as the primary strategic and operational executive for the OK/KS Region, with full P&L responsibility and authority to drive transformational growth across multiple markets. This role is designed to be the blueprint for our future regional expansion model.
As a key member of the senior leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, this position combines visionary leadership with operational excellence to oversee comprehensive field operations, strategic market development, and organizational transformation across our OK/KS Region footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Vision
- Lead comprehensive regional strategic planning aligned with corporate objectives
- Full P&L responsibility for $60M+ regional revenue with growth trajectory to $100M+
- Pioneer and refine the regional leadership model that will serve as template for future expansions
- Make high-level strategic decisions regarding resource allocation, market entry, and operational investments
- Translate corporate vision into actionable regional strategies while maintaining alignment with company mission
Market Leadership & Growth
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across OK/KC markets
- Growth to include M&A and greenfielding markets
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through market share expansion and service line development
Organizational Excellence & Talent Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional leadership team capable of scaling operations
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives as we transition to regional operating model
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators that drive financial and operational excellence
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leaders on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers, vendors, and industry partners
- Represent company at industry events, community organizations, and professional associations
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience with multi-location P&L responsibility
- Financial Acumen: Proven history of managing significant revenue responsibility ($10M+) and driving profitable growth
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans in complex, multi-market environments
- Change Leadership: Experience leading organizational transformation and scaling operations
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Physical Requirements & Travel
- Extensive travel between regional locations (30- 50% travel expected)
- Availability for extended hours during peak seasons and strategic initiatives
