Socket is seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to take the lead in building our high-performing sales team.  While your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent, you'll also have the opportunity to lend your expertise to other departments. You'll partner directly with leadership, playing a critical role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our continued growth.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
  • Manage the entire recruitment process
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Develop job descriptions
  • Provide market insight
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics
  • Contribute to building and promoting Socket Fiber’s employer brand
  • Stay up to date on industry trends

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top performers
  • Deep understanding of various sales methodologies and sales roles
  • Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) – experience with Paylocity a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Must be able to travel (Up to 30% of the time)
