JOB SUMMARY
The Partnership Specialist I is responsible for maintaining partner contact information, in-store collateral order placements, revenue reporting, and assisting in relationship management and execution of strategic partnership with all our affiliated partnership accounts. This role will work closely with our government and non-government partners to improve sales by delivering marketing campaigns, activating promotional efforts and improving PODS visibility within the partnership portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain partnership master tracking sheet with Points of Contact information and display container tracking information
• Manage partnership display container programs
• Place orders for collaterals as requested by the partners
• Drive execution of new marketing campaigns with partners
• Initiate Quarterly Outreach to Contracted Partner Locations
o Contact location POCs to confirm engagement and provide program updates
o Audit onsite display containers (where available) and request current photos for verification
o Review on-site collateral to ensure presence and identify opportunities to provide additional materials
• Work with brand team on optimization of partnerships content across PODS owned and paid channels
• Maintain regular reporting cadences of partner account and campaign performance
• Partner with CRM and CX teams to improve communication journeys and increase CSAT
• Process reporting for Partnership accounts
• Assist with other partnership accounts as requested

• Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)

ADVANCED COMPUTER USER: Able to use required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, presentations, electronic communication, and complex spreadsheets including formulas and macros and/or databases. Able to operate general office equipment including company telephone system
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirement
Undergraduate degree in business management, marketing, advertising, economics, business administration or relevant field
0-2 years’ experience in relationship management or administrative roles preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools such as Tableau preferred
Highly organized, able to track multiple workstreams
Ability to maintain dedication to teamwork and collaboration
Ability to complete the job in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive and respectful demeanor with customers, co-workers, and management always
Knowledge and or experience with merchandising principles, with strategies defined by assigned business segment
