Job Overview

This position is responsible for the oversight and management of our payment plan vendors and accounts. They are responsible for making sure that files are transferred to and from the vendors appropriately and that the accounts are updated in our system. They will provide outstanding customer service to HRS client patients, vendors, and HRS staff as appropriate. This position works directly with the Patient Financial Experience Manager to advise of any issues as it relates to the payment plan vendors for enhanced patient satisfaction. This position will also perform any other tasks or duties to assist the department to maintain our accounts receivable goals developed by the department.

Education and Experience
Completion of High School or GED required. Two to four years’ experience in a physician office, hospital registration, collection agency, hospital or professional billing or training at an educational institution that includes medical billing and customer service.
