Description

Mission:
Be responsible to document, fill and maintain serialization a traceability information documented in the Ops data Entry, update KPI metrics and Quality boards, on time delivery capture according customer requirements, compliance to manage and archive QMS records, Support for inspection in production

Outcome:

• Ops Data Entry IECH-App: Load and update information in Customer application - Less than 7 days (shipment) 
• Update Quality KPI boards and metrics: Maintain daily records updated for quality information 
• Support Process Inspection: Support different areas for inspection to archive metric 90% inspection on time in all areas 
• Maintain Customer documentation updated: Document internal record, deviations, NCRs, customer metrics - Less than 3 days 
• Audit documentation, records and production line: Maintain Travelers and Quality Check list as controlled records perform line audits (correct product and process documentation) -Less than 3 days

Role Competentcies:

• Excel skills: Basic Knowledge of Excell, to document and track information, manage files and archive electronic data 
• Active participation on development for traceability and serialization process improvements: Be supportive player of the traceability and data improvement and support for IEC requirements according customer expectations
• Computer skills: Knowledge basic of MS Office, to manage data, charts and information 
• Attention to Details: Strong attention to the details to capture, document and share data according to requirements 
• Auditing: Conduct documentation and data audits to assure quality in the records, perform line audits and process audits
