Your Contribution

At ITONICS, you’ll be the trusted partner to a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, helping them build and scale world-class innovation programs. You’ll own the post-sale relationship, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities. Your work directly impacts Net Revenue Retention (NRR), customer satisfaction, and the long-term success of our U.S. client base.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts using the Innovation OS

  • Drive onboarding, enablement, QBRs, and value-realization milestones

  • Identify and execute expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales

  • Collaborate with global Sales teams to align client goals with platform capabilities

  • Track customer health and engagement via HubSpot, Gong, and Outreach

  • Proactively mitigate churn risk and renew contracts on time

  • Report to the US Managing Director and contribute to playbook evolution and feedback loops

Your Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success and/or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong track record of managing enterprise clients and influencing expansion revenue ($50K–$500K+ ACV)

  • Experience with SaaS products and R&D ICPs

  • Exceptional relationship-building, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus: 

  • Vertical expertise: public sector, defense, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, CPG

  • Coming from a Portfolio / Data Management Software

  • Fluent Spanish
