[Bosch HcP - Internship] Finance Controlling Intern

Company Description

• Bosch first started in Vietnam with a representative office in 1994. Bosch has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelt for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering R&D center (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd).
• In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The continuous growth of this Centre is in line with Bosch’s strategy in Vietnam, which aims at becoming a manufacturing and R&D hub in the Southeast Asian region. Currently four products are available: connectors, pushbelt, fuel supply, and diagnosis module (tank leakage).

Job Description

• Support Monthly business reports (schedule and task control, overhead cost, IFRS16, material…)
• Support Cost planning and controlling for HSE department
• Support resource controlling (inventory and fixed asset stocktaking, asset labelling,…)
• Support improvement topics (digitalization, workshops,…)
• Prepare presentations (slides, marketplaces) & meeting minutes
• Support in Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

• 3rd- or 4th-year (ungraduated) students major in Finance, Accounting or Auditing
• Work on-site & full-time (5 days/ week)
• Fluent English basic communication
• Being careful and accurate in dealing with numbers
• Willing to learn, proactive, and strong team player
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point...)
• Power BI or SAP know-how is a plus
