Job Description

• Support strategically important Global Programs by providing data as service by: 
• Supporting Program and Business stakeholders in understanding the necessity of standardized, harmonised Data Management practices that are supporting client Strategy
• Acting as a guardian of the standard methodology.
• Responsible to drive timely deployment of various deliverables within the Program space, as per roadmap and schedule.
• Will be assigned to support specific Program(s), were expected to proactively and independently deliver agreed objectives, operate within allocated track, drive your assigned tasks, collaborate with team members.
• You will provide support for various objectives that might reach across multiple Data Management areas – as per Program needs and your capabilities.
• For example, data process design, data modeling, deployment, migration, governance, integration, standardization.
• You will collaborate closely are regularly with other Data Transformation Office (DTO) members as well as with many other Data Management Office (DMO) teams to ensure standard approach, follow agreed methodology, and comply with client Data Policies and Standards, and Global Processes for Data.
• Identify and engage with all key stakeholders to be involved directly or indirectly to ensure the success of your deliverables within the Programme.

Qualifications

• Key Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food and beverage industry
• Operational experience in a brewery shop floor environment (Production, Packaging, or Brewing).
• Experience working with SAP implementations
• Experience with digital worker solutions (e.g., Parsable, SwipeGuide, One2Improve).
• Strong training and coaching skills, with the ability to drive adoption of new technologies.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to deployment challenges.
