THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and data-curious CRM Specialist – Campaign & Content to join our growing CRM team. This role will be responsible for owning the CRM content calendar, building promotional campaigns, and ensuring all customer communications are visually impactful, brand-aligned, and performance-optimized

THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and data-curious CRM Specialist – Campaign & Content to join our growing CRM team. This role will be responsible for owning the CRM content calendar, building promotional campaigns, and ensuring all customer communications are visually impactful, brand-aligned, and performance-optimized
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign & Content Execution
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns (newsletters, promotions, seasonal moments)
- Build and QA campaigns in our CRM platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Emarsys)
- Coordinate with design, copy, and brand to develop high-performing assets
Creative Optimization
- Develop content themes and test hypotheses to improve open/click rates
- A/B test creative, subject lines, CTAs, and layouts for continual improvement
- Monitor campaign KPIs and generate weekly insights
Collaboration & Ownership
- Own the campaign calendar and ensure alignment across CRM, brand, and e-comm
- Work closely with CRM Specialist - Lifecycle & Data to coordinate triggers and journeys
- Support GDPR and compliance best practices in all communications
Performance & Reporting
- Track content-specific KPIs (CTR, conversion, engagement)
- Partner with Senior CRM Manager to report on performance trends
- Suggest improvements based on customer engagement data
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years in email marketing or CRM with a creative/content focus
- Experience in e-commerce or retail, preferably fashion or lifestyle
- Strong grasp of CRM tools (Klaviyo, Emarsys, Shopify CRM integrations)
- Creative mindset with commercial sensibility
- Familiar with A/B testing, campaign metrics, and email performance KPIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
