Job Description

Utilizing monitoring tools to track application performance, identify potential issues, and proactively communicate about them.Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Identifying and resolving bugs through testing and debugging.Managing and prioritizing support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including knowledge base articles.Identifying opportunities to enhance automation in monitoring and support activitiesAssisting with the deployment and configuration of new applications or application updates.

Qualifications

Degree in computer scienceUnderstanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworksProficiency in programming languages like Python, along with experience in scripting
