Role Scope:
The Compliance Operations Coordinator (“Coordinator”) reports directly to the VP of Compliance (Compliance Officer) and serves a key role in supporting the core elements of the Habitat Health corporate compliance program. Specifically, the Coordinator will be responsible for:
- coordinating compliance-related committee meetings, including calendaring, agendas, minutes, and reporting submissions;
- compiling compliance program data, including training completions, internal monitoring, hotline reporting, etc.;
- managing outgoing compliance communication and events calendar (ex. compliance week, all-staff policy emails, newsletter contributions) and triaging incoming communications and questions;
- coordinating organization participant in industry association calls and events;
- coordinating timely and complete regulatory reporting; and
- providing related support to the General Counsel and 1-2 members of the Compliance Department, as needed.
As a member of the Compliance Department, the Coordinator is also expected to represent the compliance program within the Habitat Health corporate team, including:
- developing and maintaining productive relationships with all levels of corporate management and staff;
- protecting Department and company confidentiality and information security; and
- championing the compliance program.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in compliance support or related field
- Demonstrated experience working with all facets of the Microsoft 365 suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in an efficient manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Aligns with our purpose and our values, and is excited about living those out in daily practice
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, including email functionality.
- Experience in early-stage healthcare startups
- Experience preparing reports, summarizing complex data, and offering sound recommendations.
Compensation:
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $23 -$29 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
