Job Summary:
As our HR Generalist, you’ll collaborate with leaders across the business to deliver impactful HR solutions, elevate people excellence, and help scale our high-performing culture as we expand.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of HR strategies with organization goals
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changes
- Ensure compliance and reporting with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner with managers to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and people metrics for leadership
- Support compensation reviews
- Address employee relations matters and support resolution processes
- Support immigration/mobility program, recruitment and onboarding initiatives, as needed
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Other duties may be assigned based on business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR best practices, immigration/mobility program, and organizational development
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; ADP experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, innovative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
Working Conditions and Travel:
You may work from your home office and/or a well-lit, heated and air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. Minimal overnight travel by land and air.
Physical Requirements, with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for periods up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to speak on the telephone for a total of up to 3 hours per day
- Ability to sit for up to 3 hours without breaks at meetings
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 4 hours without breaks at program site visits and meetings
We offer an annual gross salary between $80,000 and $90,000 USD for full-time employment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
