What You’ll Be Doing

As Manager, Field Services, you’ll coordinate and develop our field teams, ensuring they have the right resources, training, and leadership to deliver exceptional installations—on time and on budget.

📅 Planning & Coordination

✅ Schedule installation technicians and align resources on the integration master calendar
✅ Collaborate with project managers daily to confirm jobsite readiness and scheduling feasibility
✅ Lead installation kickoff meetings to prepare teams before deployment
✅ Ensure project drawings and documentation are available for the installation crew

🛠 Team Leadership & Technical Oversight

✅ Mentor, coach, and guide installation technicians and foremen onsite
✅ Oversee fabrication efforts and the operations of System Innovation’s Digital Garage
✅ Maintain communication with technicians and technical management on project progress
✅ Develop and maintain training materials to strengthen technical skills and consistency

📋 Compliance & Quality Assurance

✅ Ensure foremen submit accurate daily site reports and weekly forecasts
✅ Monitor all safety, security, permitting, and compliance requirements
✅ Inspect and maintain company work vehicles for readiness and compliance
✅ Build and maintain strong vendor relationships with subcontractors and freelance installers

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven leadership experience in AV installation, integration, or related technical disciplines
🔹 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
🔹 Hands-on mentoring approach—comfortable working both in the office and onsite
