Who We Are
The CoiL Learning Center serves as a hub for continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. From professional training and internship onboarding to employee engagement initiatives and educational partnerships, we help build a strong, skilled, and connected workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Program Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in organizing and supporting our learning management systems, communication efforts, and community engagement—all while ensuring seamless execution of training and development programs.
📅 Learning Management & Administrative Support
✅ Manage daily operations of our Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrollments, scheduling, tracking participation, and gathering feedback
✅ Maintain accurate records of employee training attendance and deliver monthly reports on engagement and survey feedback
✅ Schedule and coordinate on-site and off-site visits with external educational partners
📣 Employee Engagement & Communications
✅ Develop and implement communication strategies that promote training opportunities and increase participation
✅ Create and distribute monthly department newsletters and event announcements
✅ Build relationships across departments to encourage participation in CoiL classes and events
🎥 Event & Classroom Support
✅ Operate classroom audiovisual (AV) equipment during trainings and report technical issues as needed
✅ Assist in the onboarding process for interns and apprentices, coordinating development sessions and tracking progress
✅ Support the planning and execution of system-wide initiatives in collaboration with other departments
📱 Social Media & Content Creation
✅ Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to expand awareness and engagement
✅ Collaborate with the team to support class content creation and occasionally co-facilitate core learning sessions
🧩 Other Responsibilities
✅ Provide flexible support for additional projects and duties that enhance the overall mission of The CoiL Learning Center
