What You'll Do

Oversee the daily operation of warehouse logistics, safety, and cleanliness
Supervise parts runners including coaching, scheduling, performance evaluation, and task prioritization
Coordinate truck inspections, fleet maintenance, and warehouse budget compliance
Maintain inventory accuracy above 95% through diligent tracking, cycle counts, and adherence to procedures
Ensure 100% of warranty returns are processed and all scrap material is accounted for and reimbursed
Prepare and stage equipment and materials for new installations
Maintain stock of critical items like flashlights, Sadie dogs, and red screws
Ensure compliance with company-wide policies and operational excellence

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations and supervising team members
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make fast, smart decisions under pressure
High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
A committed and progressive work history
Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver’s license
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform local travel as needed
