In this role, you’ll help bring campaigns to life — crafting content, supporting design work, and managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep our marketing machine running. One day you’ll be helping create eye-catching social media posts; the next, you’ll be pulling performance reports or streamlining workflows to help the team move faster.

What You’ll Do

Creative & Content Support

Write compelling copy for commercials, social media, emails, and marketing materials
Assist with scheduling and posting content across platforms
Collaborate on graphic design projects for digital and print (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

Analytical & Administrative Support

Pull and organize marketing reports and performance data
Track marketing spend, invoices, and budget documentation
Take meeting notes and manage task follow-ups
Support email management and internal communications

Organizational & Operational Support

Develop, manage, and update marketing SOPs, workflows, and process documentation
Maintain organized digital filing systems for campaign assets and data
Submit SOP updates for leadership approval
Manage team inboxes, calendars, and communication flow

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup

Starting salary: $45,000+
