Responsibilities:

Increases and maintains community census.
Arranges and conducts on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of discovery.
Continuously creates unique and personal follow up for prospects and their families.
Facilitates and assists with the completion of the resident move-in process and completes all necessary paperwork.

Skills"

3+ years selling experience
Senior living experience strongly preferred but not required
Must possess exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying messages with conviction and confidence
Demonstrates understanding of one- on- one sales strategy an implementation.
Computer skills including MS Office, and CRM/Contact management systems, i.e. SHERPA
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Time management, organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to deliver results and meet performance/sales goals
Demonstrated understanding and support of the mission and philosophy of FellowshipLIFE, Inc.
Must be hospitality and customer service focused.
