TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR’s Corporate Services and Real Estate team is responsible for Facilities Management, Hospitality, Document Management, Office and Administrative Services, Travel and Transportation Services, Event Management, Real Estate Strategy, Design & Construction and Security & Resiliency. In addition, the team oversees administrative operations across the firm including the related training, development, process enhancement, and implementation of best practices. The team is responsible for delivering world-class workplace and services while managing expenses and vendors in the most commercial ways possible. The team also collaborates with relevant departments to ensure effectiveness in process quality and communication.
POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking a Boston Office Manager to oversee Facilities Management, Hospitality and Document Management/Office Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and provide leadership to the Facilities Management, Hospitality, and Office Services teams
- Manage the relationships with our landlords and office services vendors
- Management and integration of our internal operations activities locally and functionally (e.g., space and internal real estate strategy, new office openings, travel services and other vendor management/oversight, office management, reception and food services, security, document management, delivery services, file rooms, etc.)
- Ensure a forward-looking support model with appropriate service standards that is also cost effective/efficient and calibrated for each market and business in which we operate
- Plan, coordinate and manage permanent office openings oversee the development of thorough plans for the opening, expansion and ongoing maintenance of potential new and existing offices
- Partner with global head of Events to ensure compliance with policies within region
- Responsible for budget and reporting for Corporate Services for Boston
- Responsible for vendor management of all Corporate Services and Real Estate Boston vendors
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in commercial real estate, regulations, technologies, techniques and approaches in space planning and allocation
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in corporate services and real estate management including project management of large initiatives within a complex organization
- Experience in the financial or professional services industry is preferred
- Demonstrated success in operations, processes and systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence and lead with confidence
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and drive performance for teams and projects
- Proven record of overseeing the implementation of strategies and reporting to senior management on progress
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity
- Good judgment and sense of priorities, ability to multitask
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
