Mediabrands Content Studio is the in-house content production studio delivering work for all of Mediabrands’ clients. MBCS is a multi-disciplinary team of content producers working across many large global and regional brands.
MBCS PARTNERSHIP MANAGER (UM)
The Partnerships Manager (UM) plays a vital role in managing and developing relationships between UM clients and their audiences through innovative partnerships solutions. As part of the MBCS team, you will be embedded in the UM team and help deliver multiple campaigns for brands including Just Eat, Amex, Honda and Money Supermarket. We aim for excellence, viewing each new project as an opportunity to set new industry standards.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Implementation
Refine and implement partnership strategies, coordinating with the Director to ensure they align with the relevant client’s media strategy and campaign objectives. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the media landscape.
Campaign Management Excellence
Manage the detail of campaign management, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
Relationship Management
Facilitate good working relationships across different departments. Act as the connective tissue between MBCS and UM functions. Build trusted relationships with clients and media partners.
Creative Ideation and Execution
Collaborate with media partners to deliver innovative, insight-driven responses to briefs. Work with the UM and wider MBCS team to generate innovative and unconventional ideas that meet strategic objectives. Translate these ideas into actionable campaign elements that deliver on effectiveness. Coordinate with the Director to proactively develop creative ideas and present them to clients.
In-Depth Market and Consumer Insights
Stay head of media trends, consumer behaviour, and cultural shifts, using them to inform strategic decisions and provide a competitive edge in partnership offerings. Disseminate these ideas through the wider organisation.
Financial Oversight
Manage campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness and support financial processes including billing and vendor payments. Negotiate the best rates and extract maximum value for our clients from media owners.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex campaigns.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once is key
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Very good written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
