Your Mission:


This is the senior Store Development position in the Domestic franchise business unit. Responsible for the preparation and execution of domestic franchise strategies that enable the domestic market to meet their profitable store count potential and allows LCE to grow additional store count. Researches and analyzes all potential risks and rewards associated with LCE stores throughout the United States. Uses this research to recommend growth for new and underdeveloped markets and actively and aggressively sources potential franchise partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact:


• Create and lead the implementation of development strategies, goals and tactics that result in the growth of existing franchise markets and entry into new and underdeveloped domestic markets.
• Manages overall new store process, including SEF submission and approval, design, and similar.Aligns franchisees with appropriate approved concepts that meet the needs of the community to serve Little Caesars. Build and ensure confidence in the Little Caesars’ brand.
• Foster external relationships and cultivate opportunities with franchisees and advise them on their business operations to result in optimal ROI. Provides critical input into the budget for the domestic franchise development unit. Works collaboratively with various internal departments at the Corporate offices and in the field, as well as the Zone Vice Presidents, to ensure that new franchisees are being properly trained and assisted prior to and after opening their franchise locations.
• Work collaboratively with Blue Line Foodservice Distribution to secure logistics, distribution, and equipment for domestic markets. Travels to and within regions as required to fully understand market dynamics, isolate new development opportunities and assist new franchisees with specific needs.
• Provides recommendations for prioritized new markets to target for growth.
• Responsible for recruiting pools of qualified franchise candidates using all tools, processes and techniques available for this purpose. Also, responsible for negotiating agreement terms and recommending finalist(s) for approval by management.

Who You Are:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in development and/or franchising that includes building strategy and establishing new business opportunities, with demonstrated ability to build, supervise and motivate teams to reach objectives.
• Minimum of ten (10) years franchise experience in the capacity of consulting, servicing or managing franchisees.
• Hands on experience with franchising practices, negotiations, and business practices.
• Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated expertise related to federal regulations and compliance requirements that impact food enterprises.
• Proven ability to comprehend, analyze, and negotiate contracts.
• Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required.
• No other employment or contract restrictions resulting from an existing confidentiality and/or non-competition agreement. Ability and willingness to sign a confidentiality and non-competition agreement from Little Caesars. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Master’s degree in related field.
• Operations experience.
