Cold Chain Logistics Specialist, North East Asia

Responsible for growing Cold Chain Logistics for NEA Controlled and NEA Execution business. Identifying needs and pain points through customer engagements, collaborating with internal product teams and Ocean teams to develop a customer-fit solution, negotiating both internal and external to close the win-win business.

Responsible for growing Cold Chain Logistics business in Japan and Korea. Identifying needs and pain points through customer engagements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop a customer-fit solution.

The Cold Chain Specialist is responsible for the growth planning, marketing and overall business development of the product in North East Asia. The responsibility involves activities such as market research, defining market-fit value propositions, gathering user requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product launches, and analyzing product performance. It involves working with various teams, such as engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of the product.

Business Development

 

• Leading growth plan and strategy in North East Asia (Japan and Korea)
• Leading business growth execution in North East Asia through commercial activities and stakeholder collaboration
   

Product Enablement

 

• Product related trainings and communications to front line teams such as Sales/Customer Experience functions
• Collaborating with Regional and Headquarter teams to share challenges and best practice to further enhance local market capabilities
   

Liase with Ocean and Other Products

 

• Collaborating with Ocean and other Logistics teams to provide an integrated and end-to-end experience/solution to our customers
