• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Installing and configuring hardware and software (Dell and
• HP)
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root cause of their problem
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts of the computer
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications (MS Office 365,
• Multi-Factor Authentication, Global Protect VPN, Crowdstrike Antivirus) and installing additional software
• Operating System deployment using LANDESK imaging or Intune Autopilot
• Assisting the on boarding and off boarding of user's equipment
