Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the technical solution and associated services to clients, ensuring the services are provided efficiently, effectively, and in line with client expectations. The SDM will oversee the day-to-day delivery and performance, while driving continuous improvement.  They will act in partnership with the CRM to successfully execute on behalf of the client with our internal teams and external vendor partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand clients’ needs, objectives, and business challenges, ensuring services and solutions meet or exceed their expectations. 

  • Drive innovation and develop sustainable solutions to solve complex client requirements throughout the client life cycle. 

  • Oversee the day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring all services are provided as per the contract and in compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operation level agreements (OLAs). 

  • Monitor service performance and report on, including response and resolution times, as well as overall service quality metrics. 

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services and address any issues that may arise. 

  • Implement and maintain best practices, processes, and standards for service delivery. 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact service delivery and work with stakeholders to resolve these issues. 

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.  

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support related roles. Experience in managing client relationships and leading service delivery teams

  • Knowledge and experience of industry-standard service delivery methodologies is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • B.S or B.A preferred but not required

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$89,000-$105,000
