Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Our Role:
Work as part of the People team, provide an excellent level of administrative support. Contribute to the seamless delivery of relevant processes, undertaking procedures in line with best practice and with integrity.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Ensure all People systems, trackers and electronic files are kept up to date and accurate
- Act as first line support for any People related administrative requests
- Provide administrative support to the wider People Team as required
- Ensure all promotions, pay increases, team moves and any other changes are captured and recorded in payroll and workday
- Facilitate the performance review process by scheduling and attending reviews where necessary
- Develop strong working relationships with all relevant departments and wider team members
- Maintain an awareness of issues employees face and act on these appropriately, appreciating when it is appropriate to involve the People Advisor / People Partner
- Support with pay and benefits reviews to ensure fairness and competitiveness

- Familiarity using HR systems such as Workday
- Very strong communication skills and relationship building
