Fidelity Bank is seeking a Business Relationship Specialist to support the growth of the commercial and business banking division by assisting Relationship Managers (RMs) and directly servicing clients. This role involves a mix of administrative, reporting, and client-facing responsibilities, including preparing loan documentation, tracking performance metrics, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The specialist gathers and analyzes portfolio data, supports RM efforts to deepen client relationships, and ensures a high-quality client experience through proactive service and communication. Flexibility is key, as duties shift based on business needs.
