What you bring to the table

Beck is looking for a talented Treasury Analyst to join an extraordinary team at our Dallas Corporate Headquarters. This position will primarily be responsible for maintaining and administering the company’s expense management tool and various company card programs. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking and analytical skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.

The job involves the following essential functions:

The responsibilities include:

Oversee the payment disbursement process
Maintain and update the expense management tool daily
Administer company card programs and monitor cardholder compliance
Provide support to departments on expense-related inquiries and issues
Create, manage, and track support cases to resolution
Analyze expense policies and recommend improvements
Evaluate, implement, and test upgrades or changes to expense systems
Cross-train in essential cash management functions to ensure adequate coverage
Assist with special projects as needed
Continuously build expertise in payables, expense systems, and Treasury-related tools
Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and etiquette across all communication channels (email, phone, video, and in-person)

Who we think will be a great fit

A person with a general understanding of treasury and administrative functions, a passion for getting things done, a positive attitude, and uncompromising authenticity and integrity. You will also meet the following requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software support, customer service, and construction accounting
Familiarity with accounting practices and terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Skilled in managing conflict and upholding company policies
Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service

Physical Demands: Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; may lift and move up to ten pounds; constantly communicates with project and operations teams, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
