Stone - Support Coordinator - USA Salt Lake City, UT

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in the day-to-day coordination of service calls, customer communication, technician scheduling, and administrative support for our security services division.

You will act as the operational hub between our customers, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient, and professional execution of service work related to access control, video, intrusion detection, and other integrated security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field technicians for service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency work orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and issue resolution
• Open and manage service tickets
• Track job progress, follow up on open work orders, and ensure timely closure of service calls
• Ensure proper documentation, time entry, and parts usage are recorded for all service jobs
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and sales teams to support customer needs
• Assist in preparing quotes for time and materials (T&M) or small service projects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service activity and customer communications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support role (security, low-voltage, or construction industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or field service software is a plus
• Ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships
• Knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video, intercoms) is a plus
