Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Financial Institutions and Public Sector (Marketing Relationship Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

• Solicit and develop FI&PS business while maintaining credit quality.
• Explore new business opportunities and develop new accounts independently.
• Work proactively with Product Teams on cross-selling FI loan / deposit, Transaction Banking and treasury / investment products.
• Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential FI&PS clients.
• Adhere to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures and applicable local and regional regulations, to achieve set targets and standards.
• For Vice President, assist Team Head in coaching and supervising junior team members and supporting staff.
• Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience for AVP and 6-8 years for VP gained from international banking environment.

• Prior experience in covering Non-Bank FI sector and Public Sector clients is a plus.

• Good forward planning and result oriented.

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities will be an advantage.

• Possess the qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL)) preferred.

• Willing to travel to the PRC for business trip
