About CRBO

The Asset Management Compliance, Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) team comprises the following teams: AM Compliance, AM Risk, Business Operations and Strategy, Counterparty Research & Analytics, Investment Services and Strategic Business Initiatives. The teams work together to support Asset Management’s strategic goals while being the best partner to the business to protect our clients via proactive compliance monitoring, risk oversight and strategic business planning. The team’s key organizational themes are business partnership and stewardship, platform modernization, innovation and talent development.

The Role

In this position, you will be a member of the Investment Operations Team and will work extensively with the investment staff including senior management and multiple internal groups who support Fixed Income. This role will predominantly support the Fixed Income investment professionals by coordinating non-investment activities and improving operational efficiencies on their behalf.

The Team

The Investment Services team provides high-touch support for portfolio management and trading operations. This role requires extensive business partner engagement and an acute understanding of the Fixed Income investment process, market conventions, technology applications and operational ecosystem.

The Expertise You Bring

• 3+ years work experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of institutional and mutual fund investment management business
• Knowledge of fixed-income investment process or operations
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Provide daily operational support to Fixed Income Bond and Money Market portfolio management and/or trading
• Assist in the identification and escalation of issues and follow through on their resolution
• Enhance and help drive an environment for innovation and change while also monitoring the risks associated with vital transformation initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners and act as an advocate for Fixed Income throughout the organization
• Ensure processes adhere to established policies and procedures
• Escalate issues where appropriate and ensure timely resolution
• Participate as designated team member on investment related initiatives
