Mechanical Fitter and Turner Apprentice

Flender is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentices in Mechanical Fitting and Turning to join a structured, technically focused introduction program. This program is designed to provide a broad range of practical experience, preparing successful candidates for a future professional career as a Trade Tested Artisan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a specifically designed general or functionally defined technical introduction program.

• Gain hands-on experience across various functions to build a solid foundation in mechanical fitting and turning.

• Complete tasks and projects assigned at each stage of the program.

• Contribute to the development of practical solutions and propose ideas based on your academic background.

• Maintain regular communication with your program coordinator and mentor.

• Actively seek feedback and apply it to your personal and professional development.

Minimum Requirements:

• N3-N6 qualification in Mechanical Engineering | Fitting and Turning

• Basic knowledge and experience in mechanical fitting, gained through a structured 2-year vocational training program

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute within a team environment
