Job Description

1. 生產流程優化：
- 分析現有生產流程，提出改進建議以提高效率、防呆和降低成本。
- 使用工業工程工具（如時間研究、動作研究）進行流程分析。
2. 設備與工具管理：
- 協助評估生產設備及工具數量，確保其符合生產需求。
3. 生產線佈置與設計：
- 根據產品需求設計和佈置生產線，確保生產流程順暢。
- 協助制定生產線佈置圖，並進行持續改進。
4. 資料收集與分析：
- 收集生產數據，進行統計分析，找出瓶頸並提出改善方案。
- 使用數據分析工具（如Excel、Minitab）進行數據處理和分析。
5. 標準作業程序制定：
- 協助制定和更新標準作業程序（SOP），確保生產過程標準化。
- 培訓或指導生產人員，確保其了解並遵守SOP。
6. 跨部門協作：
- 與生產、品質、研發等部門合作，確保生產計劃順利執行。
- 參與新產品導入（NPI）過程，提供工業工程支持
