We're passionate about bringing the best experiences to millions of users, and we are looking for an Early Careers Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campus recruitment and employer branding efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with universities and student organizations at selected markets

• Help organize and execute recruitment events, career fairs, and virtual sessions

• Support end-to-end recruitment for internship hiring, including resume screening, initial candidate assessments, and offer management

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accuracy of recruitment metrics

• Support content creation for employer branding on social media and university platforms

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment.

• Previous internship or campus recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
