As a receptionist, you will:

 

• Warmly welcome and director visitors in a cheerful and professional manner

• Answer and forward phone calls

• Process incoming and outgoing mail

• Assist team members and patients

• Work every other weekend from 9:00am to 5:00pm

 

Qualifications for a Receptionist:

 

• A cheerful demeanor and desire to help others

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Office experience (preferred)

• Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office Products
