- Collaborate with the Advertising Director and Publisher to identify new business leads and support sales development initiatives.
- Assist with outbound sales activities, including prospecting, research, and campaign outreach.
- Support proposal creation and help develop integrated advertising solutions spanning print, digital, and event sponsorship platforms.
- Attend client meetings to observe sales strategy, relationship building, and service delivery in action.
- Maintain client records and pipeline data in Salesforce to support business tracking and reporting.
- Participate in team planning, sales huddles, and event execution.

- Bachelor’s degree (or final semester) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous customer-facing, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is helpful.
- Positive, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
